Helen Lowry Hall is a home away from home for students studying at Victoria University of Wellington. The Hall is supportive and friendly, with academic success as the main focus. With this in mind, we offer a quiet place for study, great facilities, and lots of social activities.

Helen Lowry Hall is situated close to Wellington's open country, just 5km from the Kelburn Campus and 1km from the Karori Campus.

Most of our residents are first-year students, including about 30% international students. The self-catering houses are popular with mature-entry students and returning students who make up a further 15% of our residence.

Helen Lowry Hall is a great environment to make friends with a diverse group. With only one hundred residents here, you won't become just a room number! The Hall is a friendly, relaxed place to live, where you can work to achieve your academic goals.
